Privacy

The privacy of our Learners and partners is high priority for the DigiLearn team. For a better experience with our programs and services, we will require you to provide us with personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, and current experience with technology. The information that we collect will be used to contact or identify you, and will remain confidential in our records.

Safety

Due to the nature of our program sessions, and in some cases the location in which they take place, all DigiLearn staff and coaches are guaranteed to have a criminal background check completed to ensure our Learner’s safety and confidentiality. It is the Learner’s right to declare whether they feel unsafe during a program session, where DigiLearn will act upon immediately.

Refund Policy

After a program package has been purchased, the Learner has up to 14 business days prior to the first program session to cancel their purchase without charge.

Once the first program session has occurred, they are eligible to receive 50% refund, following any other subsequent scheduled session including learner missing or does not attend their program sessions, no refunds will be provided.

If the learner does not notify the technology coach of a schedule conflict or absenteeism via info@digilearn.ca or by calling 1-855-249-TECH(8324) minimum of 5 days prior to the session, a refund will not be provided.

A refund will not be available if the learner does not attend or participate in the program sessions according to their responsibilities below.

Learner Responsibility

By becoming a learner with DigiLearn, it is your responsibility to attend every session and complete all homework that is requested of you. In the case that you are unable to complete homework, attend a session, or comply to the general schedule of the program package, please inform your coach or reach out to info@DigiLearn.ca so our team can ensure you receive the full benefits of your program package.

Rights & Ownership

All of the program package content that Learners will have access to may be protected by way of trademark, patent, design, or copyright. All intellectual property shared with Learners and Partners of DigiLearn is for educational use only. In the case that this is breached, legal action will take place
